My technician was great! Very knowledgeable and was able to repair my fridge without ordering any parts. He took his time, and cleaned up very well as he left! He also wore his own shoe covers inside my home without me having to ask! I’ll definitely use them again in the future! 5 stars!!!

Mike texted before his arrival. Was neat, clean and professionally dressed for repairing our Maytag refrigerator which was not cooling at all. He troubleshot, removed and replaced the factory authorized part, replaced all parts, and checked to ensure the repair worked. All this was completed in less than 45 minutes but not rushed. I would highly recommend anyone needing appliance repair to use Felix HVAC and Appliance Repair!

Had to have my washing machine repaired because it was leaking a tremendous amount of water suddenly. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get it fixed at a decent price. I'm definitely going to call this company again when something goes wrong.

Fixed the refrigerator freezer. It wasn't getting cold enough, ice on the back wall, not making ice. Replaced the defrost heater and it is working perfectly now. Saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator.
